At Slate, Ryan Gallagher writes up the concerns of European think tanks regarding the extension of 2008′s FISA spy laws, elaborated in a recent report for the European Parliament, which allow for U.S. companies with foreign presence to hand over ‘cloud’ data on non-american citizens if ordered to via a secret court.
